Q: Could I get a sample?
A: Yes, just specify your requirement.We usually supply the porcelain samples according to your requirement (such as your design drawings, physical reference samples , or your original samples , etc. ). Normally our porcelain samples are all free of charge for our old customers. For the new customers, we need to get the cost of the new model if you need to open a new model. We will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partner. Therefore, sometimes you are requested to provide a courier service account number , such as UPS, Fedex or DHL.
Q: what is your minimum order?
A: It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20 feet full container, with mixed products, such as dinner set, bowl , plate , figurine, art porcelain, mug, cup & saucer and so on. But this does not mean that we do not  accept LCL container (less than a container load)..
Q: What is approximate delivery time from order?
A: Within 45-60 days after order confirmed according to your quantity.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our standard payment term could be T/T, L/C at sight, etc.
Q:Could you guarantee your quality? How?
A: For each order, no matter it is small order or big order, we will have our Quality Inspectors to be responsible for quality testing of all  raw materials and finished products. Each order will be followed and monitored from beginning to end by experienced QC inspectors to ensure quality standards and punctual delivery. In addition ,we also welcome clients to monitor product quality by either personally visiting our production areas or employing third party independent inspection companies. Quality is the life of an enterprise. It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.  It is our honor to produce for Disney ,  Warner Bros,  and other respected clients based on our product quality control system and porcelain experience.
Q: What do I do if one of the items I ordered arrives broken or defective?
A: Please email us immediately . One of our representatives will guide you through our return process, but be sure not to discard the broken item and packaging materials, we may need it sent back in order to file the appropriate damage claim with the shipping carrier. Please email us to receive a reply before sending items back to us.
Q: Could we visit your company / factory ? How to contact you for more info and questions?
A: Welcome you to visit our company and factories. Our Sales office is in  Huli Industrial Area,Xiamen, Fujian, China. 20 minutes trip from Xiamen airport which can be reached via HongKong by air in about an hour. Now we have four main invested and cooperated porcelain factories , 3 hours trip from Xiamen Airport.
